Chances are if you are reading this you experienced the loss of a child. You are not alone. I lost my daughter, Mali Bella when she was just a baby. That was the most debilitating time of my life, I didn't know how I was going to survive. Luckily, I met other bereaved parents who were going through the same thing and having someone who knew how I felt was comforting. We shared our stories, our tears and our strength. I noticed there was a lack of support specifically for parents who had lost a child and turning my pain into purpose, Mali Bella Foundation arose. My mission is to provide hope, healing and support to bereaved families. I will always continue to honor my sweet Mali and I hope to be able to help you honor the life of your child.

Everyone handles the pain differently, and I'm sure most of us feel like we are going crazy. I also forget to eat, I had never experienced that before, but I never felt hungry..It's too much to process, how can we expect not to lose our minds? 2.) Women grieve differently than men. I remember being so frustrated at my husband at first. He never wanted to talk about our daughter, he never wanted to look at her pictures. I felt so abandoned, how could he feel this way? |
